Accommodation and leaving the hotel
Accommodation time is 14.00, leave is 12.00h. Earlier accommodation or late departure is possible depending on the employment of the hotel.

All cash payments should be settled at the time of accommodation, and all additional accruals when leaving the guest from the hotel. If you want the invoice to be issued to a company, please provide a name, address and VAT to the company. In case you are not the holder of the credit card you wish to pay, it is necessary to fill in an authorization form and send it to the hotel together with a copy of the person and back of the credit card, with a signature and a copy of an identity document with Cardholder photo, at the request of the bank. We will send you this authorization form.
The currency used in all invoices is Bulgarian levs (BGN).
Guarantee reservation
All reservations must be guaranteed by the company or the guest itself with a valid credit card. Negranized reservations will be automatically canceled on the day of arrival at 4 pm.
Reservation cancellation procedure
A reservation can be canceled until 24h. before the date of arrival of the guest. In case of later cancellation, the first night is charged. If the guest does not fail, the full reservation amount is charged. In the case of force male circumstances, such as cancellation of flight, etc., we release our guests from a penalty fee. All reservations Non Refundable cannot be canceled or changed.
Children from 0 to 11 years including
A maximum of two (2) children can share a room with their parents.
If available, baby cribs are provided. Maximum two (2) children can share a room with their parents.
Children 12 years of age and older: are charged as an adult.
Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
